One on One Computer Instruction

This program is an extension of the Basic Computer Training program. It focuses on seniors and persons with disabilities who request more advanced topics than are offered in the Basic Computer program or whose cognitive or emotional challenges prevent them from learning in a group setting.  Individual computer instruction, in a quiet, private environment, enables the student to gain independent living and vocational skills they are otherwise unable to acquire.  Each student receives up to eight 90 minute weekly sessions. Classes are dynamic and interactive offering outstanding training in a non-threatening environment. Students in the one-on-one program often have specific goals such as social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Vine, Pinterest etc.), Skype, creating a blog, building a simple website, creating a resume, or completing job searches.
