Eligibility for CLBC Support: developmental disability, Autism or FASD and need support with daily tasks. CLBC assessment form filled out by approved professional. You can call local CLBC office for help. They can help connect to community support, employment support, community inclusion support, residential support, behavioral support, respite for families.
