Daily bagged lunch 7 days a week are distributed by partner agencies in Nanaimo. Bagged lunches can also be accessed at the Shower Program in Caledonia Park from 8:30am to 9:30am, Monday to Friday.
Harvest Church (formerly Maranatha Church)

Doors open at 4:30pm every Sunday afternoon with hot and cold refreshments and healthy snacks followed by a meal served at 5:00pm (closed for July and August). Guests are asked to please enter from the back of the building.
Selby Mission

Provides free lunch every Thursday from 12 pm to 2 pm.
St Paul’s Anglican Church

Lunch provided by Nanaimo Foodshare every Monday between 12-1pm.
Nutritious lunches are available to community members from all walks of life. Meals are served and prepared by members of Nanaimo Foodshare employment programs. Community members joining us for lunch are welcome to line up at St Paul’s lower-level door across from Studio N/A. Donations are appreciated but not required.
Lunch provided at 12:30pm every Sunday
Free hot home-cooked meal to members of the community. Join us for fellowship and healthy food. All are welcome. Enter the church hall from Chapel Street.
Snuneymuxw Hulit Lelum Health Centre

Free hot meals weekly on Tuesdays at 1 Port Drive beside the bus stop from 11am to 3pm. Snack pack distributed twice a week.
ICCS/NFLA- Drop-In Hub
(9:00 AM–4:00 PM), the Drop-In Hub offers:
- Light meals, hygiene supplies, and clothing donations
- Weather-related supplies
- A safe space to rest
- Access to health services, housing resources, and service providers
During the evening (5:00 PM–8:00 AM) from January through September, the overnight shelter provides:
- Cots and blankets for overnight stays
- Two light meals
- Access to outreach workers for housing and support connections

Offers snacks, coffee, clothing, laundry, washroom, computer/printer access, access to resources, support workers.
