Subsidized housing:
- BC Housing manages the Housing Registry, a central database of subsidized housing, used by families/individuals applying for units managed by BC Housing and a number of non-profit and co-operative housing providers.
- The registry is not a waitlist. When someone applies to the registry, they are offered housing based on need.

SAFER (Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters):
Lower income seniors (age 60 +) renting in the private market may be eligible for a rent supplement through SAFER. *PWD and Income Assistance recipients are not eligible to apply for SAFER*

Pacifica Housing
Individuals who are 19+ and wish to be considered for supportive housing must apply to the BC Housing Supportive Housing Registration Service. You only need to apply once.
Supportive and Subsidized Housing is through BC Housing
Supportive Housing Application
Pacifica Housing offers affordable market rental housing for people who have a low-to-moderate income, but may not be eligible for subsidized housing.
