Under 55+ ranges from $20 -$60 per session based on monthly income

They have social workers and mental heath/counsellors available to walk-in clients. If you are new to the clinic you need to ask to see a doctor first and then inform them, you need a social worker and/or counselling. Call the clinic in the morning for a same day appointment to see a doctor first.

Provides a free, confidential phone service for people throughout BC needing help with any kind of substance use concern. Offers information and referral to education and prevention resources, support groups, and a full range of counselling and treatment services. Not a clinical service.

Bounce Back
This is an online resource that helps people regulate there emotions. there is 3 different ways that they offer this program. You can do 4-6 phone calls and they will help you to get through the work books.

- Help you to apply what you are learning to your own life.
- Keep you motivated
You can also do online modules and in this they have videos to explain it to you. This makes it easier then having to do a call with someone.
The last option they have is different videos that don’t go through booklets it is just there to motivate you and give you tips to be able to bounce back.
