In person support group meets at Oliver Woods in Nanaimo- brings together parents, partners, adult children, and friends who are supporting a loved one living with a mental illness or navigating complex mental health challenges.

 Island Clinical Counselling Groups (fees apply)

 Island Clinical Counselling provides group therapy in Nanaimo and surrounding communities. They also have  virtual counselling    groups across BC, including adult ADHD and autism groups. In-person children’s groups, and online OCD groups for youth. Our  evidence-based groups support skill-building, emotional regulation, and connection in a safe and supportive environment.

BCSS Family Support Groups offer a safe and supportive environment for family and friends to share, ask questions, and connect with others who are also supporting a loved one with mental illness or substance use disorder. Family Support Groups are led by trained  facilitators or educators, and they provide support and resources to family members and caregivers of individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness.
